That are drives, no drivers.
Drives are hardware, drivers are software.

I personally doubt that it is possible to crossflash these drives (as of yet).

NO they don't and NO you can't. The two drives use different chipsets, not to mention using different interfaces: PATA/IDE for iHAP drives compared with SATA for iHAS drives!
